The cold brew recipe uses a precisely measured flow rate to deliver room temperature water at very little pressure, just enough to move the water from the tank to the cup. For detailed care instructions, please refer to your machine's user manual. To download your machine's user manual . We recommend that you also incorporate the following into your cleaning routine:

• Descale when the machine prompts you, approximately every 3-6 months. We recommend using  .
• Perform a backflushing/cleaning cycle when the machine prompts you. We recommend using . 
• Soap out water tank (if applicable) and drip tray every few days.
• Keep the stainless steel casing shiny with a microfiber cloth.
• Remove coffee oil build up in your portafilter and baskets by soaking them in hot water and one backflushing tablet once a week. We recommend using  for this.
• Replace your every 2-3 months.
